An early intervention and prevention program

Help vulnerable young people break the cycle of destructive behaviours that limit their potential.

By referring a young person to this new program, you are offering them the one-on-one support of a case manager - a trained youth caseworker, who will support them to make and attend appointments with the specialist youth services that best suit their needs.

The Change Your Course Program (The Program) is funded by the Federal Government and administered by Streetwork Australia as the lead agency.
